This holiday home is located in a central yet quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of House 425. Anyone who claims that most holiday homes are only really suitable for sleeping and showering will be proven wrong when it comes to the additional uses and leisure opportunities offered by this house. The roof terrace alone, with its sea view, offers plenty of space for endless sunbathing away from the hustle and bustle of the beach.
In addition, the gardener of the residential area ensures that the domestic environment exudes a well-tended green atmosphere, so that the view from the breakfast veranda is an invitation to guests to enjoy all the advantages of ‘life by the sea’ to the full. Everything you need is within walking distance, as is the sea, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday on the Costa Rei.

Super Lage, schönes Haus
Wir waren im Juli 2025 in diesem Haus. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage - ganz nah am Ortszentrum und doch ruhig gelegen. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man herrlich frühstücken und aufs Meer schauen. Insgesamt alles super.
