Description
‘Meravigliosa’ means “wonderful”. And in this respect, there could hardly be a better name for this modern and comfortable house in the immediate vicinity (only 40 metres!) of the equally wonderful bay of ‘Cala Pira’ between Costa Rei and Villasimius. The fact that the owner has also added a small pool to his holiday retreat, which was completely renovated a few years ago, rounds off the comfort concept perfectly.
The floor plan of the house has been optimally utilised, and the redesign has created three bedrooms and three bathrooms that leave nothing to be desired for a relaxing beach holiday. With so much enthusiasm, it should also be mentioned that the residential area along the small bay is absolutely child and family-friendly. If you want to get in here, you have to live here – and the small paths that lead through the residential area are only used by the residents to access their homes. All in all, a special place with a special house – simply wonderful!
