Villa Ruxi - No. S352

Welcome to the beautiful beach of Porto Sa Ruxi! Here, at the south-western end of the municipality of Villasimius, several beautiful villas were built in the 1970s with more or less direct access to the sandy bay. Our ‘Villa Ruxi’ has been completely renovated in recent years and transformed into a stylish retreat. A real highlight is the jacuzzi located behind the house. The two living levels offer plenty of space for living and sleeping. White is the dominant colour, giving the villa a summery freshness throughout.

But the real highlight is the outdoor area, which surrounds the entire house and is also laid out on two levels. At ground level, there is a beautiful garden at the front, which leads to the two terraces of the house. One of them is lounge-like with two large sofas, while the second terrace, with its flexible roof, serves as a dining and barbecue area and offers direct access to the kitchen via the large glass front. The upper part of the property, on the other hand, is probably the most beautiful sunbathing spot far and wide. Not only is it largely clad in natural stone, but those who look beyond the sun are rewarded with a breathtaking view of the southern Sardinian coastal landscape.
