Description
This villa stands out due to its unusual architecture (it is completely round and has a large roof terrace) combined with the forest atmosphere and its vicinity to the sea.
It was built on shaded forest grounds which border onto the sea, and comprises 2 apartments, which are identical in ground plan.
The apartments are about 60sqm in size, with 2 bedrooms each and have the advantage of having a shower room as well as an additional separate WC.
The combination of a great location close to the beach and unusual architecture, at a surprisingly low price, make this a favourite with repeat clients. During the summer a small hotel, restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance are open in the 'Pineta' area.

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Wie immer mit Sardafit hatten wir auch in diesem Haus eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Lage ist fantastisch, wir hatten Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni fast immer einen Strand für uns. Die Zweite Haushälfte war während unseres 10 Tägigen Aufenthalts ebenfalls immer vermietet (über AirBnB) aber wir fühlten uns von den Nachbarn in keiner Weise gestört. Restaurants haben wir nicht ausprobiert, wir haben immer selbst gekocht. Zum Einkaufen sind wir immer nach Budoni gefahren, dafür war ein Auto erforderlich. Der Service vor Ort war wie immer 1 A.
Super
Waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten mal da und für nächstes Jahr ist schon in Planung. Kann ich nur empfehlen, Lage ist Perfekt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zu begrüßen wäre allerdings wenn man einen Internet Zugang dazu buchen könnte, da teilweise kein Netz vorhanden ist. Bei allen anderen Häusern ist WLAN vorhanden. Auch in 191/1.
