Villa Onda rises like a gentle wave from the lush greenery of this residential area with direct beach access. From the small hill, you can gaze out over the coastal landscape of south-east Sardinia and let your thoughts run free. The beautifully landscaped grounds offer another highlight in addition to a large green area leading to the house and the large sun-protected panoramic terrace. This villa is divided into two parts: the main house, built on two levels, which has a large kitchen on the upper floor and, in the basement, a very beautiful living and dining area as well as three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Worth mentioning is the exit from the living room to the wind-protected courtyard with a small terrace. The small ‘annexe’, a double room separated from the main house but equipped with its own bathroom, serves as an additional living unit.
