Anyone familiar with Villasimius and its most beautiful residential areas will consider this newly renovated villa as their next holiday home with a smile on their face. Here, just a few metres from Campulongu beach, time-honoured villas and their lush gardens dominate the landscape. In addition to the tennis court, which guests of Villa Olivastro are welcome to use by prior arrangement, it is above all the peaceful and private surroundings that give the villa its special charm.
During the renovation of this three-storey villa, attention was paid to modern living comfort and optimal use of the available space. This resulted in three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all of which are located on different levels. Due to its size, the bedroom in the basement has a modern pull-out bed, so that two people can comfortably sleep here as well. However, the showpiece of the villa is undoubtedly the beautiful outdoor area. Apart from the tastefully landscaped, large garden, the large terrace with its view of the nearby sea, a beautiful barbecue area and the obligatory outdoor shower ensure pure summer enjoyment.
