Description
The name of this lovely little villa derives from the ancient olive tree next to it. Small but beautiful, the sweet little detached house has everything a couple or small family could want. Beautiful village setting, cosy interior and a lovely patio and barbecue area with delightful views over the countryside. In addition to this, the property benefits from a dishwasher and the use of a washing machine.
The village of Luttuni was a sleepy almost deserted shepherds' hamlet in the mountains until recently, when it was woken from its sleeping beauty slumber. It has kept much of its shepherd's charm and appeals due to its fabulous setting with wonderful views of the sea. Arriving In Luttuni seems like having travelled back in time and yet the lively town of Budoni with its shops, restaurants and other amenities, is a mere 1 km away.

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Hallo, es ist eine kleine süße, sauber Unterkunft vielleicht wäre ein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse noch schön. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und helfen wo sie können. Da die Klimaanlage defekt war und die Reparatur etwas länger dauerte, bekamen wir eine andere Unterkunft.%Offer

Die Lage des kleinen Hauses ist ruhig und mit einer schönen Aussicht auf das Hinterland. Ausstattung der Küche, Schlafzimmer und WC zweckmäßig Nun die Kritik: Mehrfach über Stunden kein Wasser, lag aber am Versorger da der ganze Ortsteil kein Wasser hatte. Defekte Klimaanlage, wurde nach wenigen Tagen repariert Defektes Eisfachtür, Griff war angebrochen. Die Küche hat ein 4-flammiges Gasfeld, ohne Zündung. Man mus mit einem Feuerzeug anmachen!
