The village of Luttuni was a sleepy almost deserted shepherds' hamlet in the mountains until recently, when it was woken from its sleeping beauty slumber. It has kept much of its shepherd's charm and appeals due to its fabulous setting with wonderful views of the sea. Arriving In Luttuni seems like having travelled back in time and yet the lively town of Budoni with its shops, restaurants and other amenities, is a mere 1 km away.

Die Lage des kleinen Hauses ist ruhig und mit einer schönen Aussicht auf das Hinterland. Ausstattung der Küche, Schlafzimmer und WC zweckmäßig Nun die Kritik: Mehrfach über Stunden kein Wasser, lag aber am Versorger da der ganze Ortsteil kein Wasser hatte. Defekte Klimaanlage, wurde nach wenigen Tagen repariert Defektes Eisfachtür, Griff war angebrochen. Die Küche hat ein 4-flammiges Gasfeld, ohne Zündung. Man mus mit einem Feuerzeug anmachen!
