Description
The Italian term for a villa of this type would be ‘casa campidanese’. It describes the striking feature of this architectural style, the so-called patio. This is a small courtyard in the centre of the house, around which the property is designed. What unbeatable advantage does this architectural style offer, especially for larger travel groups? The courtyard unites and separates the different bedrooms and bathrooms at the same time. So if you love spending time together on holiday but also want to be able to retreat to your own space for some quiet time, you will feel particularly at home here.
And because you are probably wondering why our villa is called ‘Turmvilla’ (tower villa), it is worth mentioning that one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom is actually located in a ‘living tower’ that is easily accessible via a few steps. The grounds of this tastefully designed holiday villa offer well-tended greenery and a beautiful pool, as well as plenty of space to play or laze around. Alternatively, you can take a five-minute walk to nearby Cala Sinzias, a southern offshoot of the Costa Rei, where you will find the ‘Maklas’, one of the most beautiful beach bars in southern Sardinia.
