This property stands out with a feature that probably doesn’t exists a second time, because directly next to this apartment is a garden plot with unsuspected comfort.
As there is a huge table made of Sardinian granite, a grade barbeque grill a bathroom with shower and toilet and last but not least, a full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. All of this can be found under pine trees on a wooded lot next to the apartment!
The choice is yours whether you want to cook and serve in the house or in the garden; because of course in the apartment is also a full kitchen. Actually in this constellation you need the apartment only for sleeping...
The Apartment has capacity for 5 people on 60sqm of living space. A very special house at a very reasonable price! As another plus, it should be mentioned that it is rather less than the specified 150 meters from the forest to the beach.

Schöne Wohnung
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Man sollte nur genau lesen, dass das Grundstück neben der Wohnung ist und man quasi immer den unteren Nachbarn über die Terrasse läuft. War in unserem Fall kein Problem, aber am ersten Tag etwas irritierend. Tatsächlich kann man sich bis aufs schlafen und umziehen immer unten im Garten aufhalten. Das war sehr schön und angenehm kühl. Der Trick beim Schloss ist, rechtsrum drehen, als würde man abschließen, dann geht es in der Regel gut, aber ein neues Schloss wäre natürlich auch herzlich willkommen
