As there is a huge table made of Sardinian granite, a grade barbeque grill a bathroom with shower and toilet and last but not least, a full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. All of this can be found under pine trees on a wooded lot next to the apartment!
The choice is yours whether you want to cook and serve in the house or in the garden; because of course in the apartment is also a full kitchen. Actually in this constellation you need the apartment only for sleeping...
The Apartment has capacity for 5 people on 60sqm of living space. A very special house at a very reasonable price! As another plus, it should be mentioned that it is rather less than the specified 150 meters from the forest to the beach.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe
Für die Wohnung im ersten Stock steht ein sehr großer Garten auf dem Grundstück mit Pinienbäumen zur Verfügung, die immer schönen Schatten liefern. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Nötigsten sehr schön, schlicht und praktisch ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die größtmögliche Entspannung gefunden.

Schöne Lage und nah am Meer. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Bakofen funktioniert leider nicht. Sehr nette Nachbarn Fotos sehr täuschend. Hausschlüssel sehr nerfig und manchmal bis 10 min ausprobieren bis es klappt. Sehr alte unbequeme Madratzen.
