Description
The snail symbolises taking things at a slower pace, and it is no coincidence that it features in the Slow Food logo. In this house, it plays a similar yet entirely different role. More on that below.
Is air conditioning a must for you? This flat is fitted with it, as the landlord is an air-conditioning engineer. We tend to think air conditioning is dispensable. The Sardinian summer is perfectly bearable even without it. But that’s a matter of taste… .
Instead, we value all the things holidaymakers look for, and the Snail Villa has plenty to offer in this regard. First of all, there’s the location close to the beach, right near the magnificent dunes of Capo Comino. A big plus!
It also boasts a large, beautifully landscaped plot, which offers plenty of space for children to play, whilst providing an impressive barbecue area for the grown-ups. Having space to be left undisturbed is also a definite advantage. As is the availability of a washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Three flats share the large plot. The two on the ground floor are let out, whilst the one on the first floor is occasionally occupied by the landlord. The flat has a master bedroom and a children’s bedroom. This is ideal for the Mustermann family of four. As there is a sofa bed in the living room, there is room for one more person.
The best bit: just a few steps away, and you’re on one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire east coast.
And now the snail comes into play: those who like a warm shower will be delighted. Outside, there’s a large snail-shaped shower area for everyone. This is handy because you can shower out of sight and undisturbed, without having to fiddle about with shower curtains or doors. It also has hot and cold water. It makes for a really great showering experience and renders the indoor showers virtually redundant.

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Buongiorno, indispensabile una necessaria manutenzione all’immobile e all’arredamento ( materassi compresi). Pentole da sostituire e posate insufficienti, stendibiancheria rotto, poche sedie e due con schienale rotto.In veranda sarebbero gradite sdraio o qualche confort in più. Potenza contatore inadeguata quando gli appartamenti sono tutti affittati. Barbecue, doccia esterna, giardino e posizione perfetti! Lavatrice e lavastoviglie, aria condizionata molto utili e apprezzati.
