The house, situated just a few metres from the sea and the beautiful dunes of Capo Comino, offers the chance to enjoy every comfort whilst surrounded by a garden.

It comprises three flats; the two on the ground floor are available to rent.
This flat has one double bedroom and two single bedrooms. It is well-equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and satellite TV. The living room, which has a kitchenette, opens onto a covered terrace. The garden also features a barbecue area for enjoyable family barbecues.
The outdoor shower is lovely and very convenient. Thanks to its snail-like shape, it allows you to shower away from prying eyes and is also supplied with hot water. We recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday!

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).
