Die Wohnung ist von Größe und Lage her super, der Schnitt ist auch ok, wobei ich das dritte Schlafzimmer (ein Bett) auf Grund der direkten Verbindung zur Küche nicht wirklich für nutzbar halte. Aber wird ja auch nicht als drittes Schlafzimmer beworben. Die Küche benötigt ein "upgrade" was den Backofen und die Herdplatte betrifft, ist aber nutzbar. Terasse ist super, Waschmaschinen-Position ausbaufähig, da außerhalb der Wohnung, aber ok. Ansonsten waren wir wieder einmal mit dem Ort und dem Service der Fa. Wassmann und des Centro Servizi voll umfänglich sehr zufrieden. Hoffentlich nächstes Jahr wieder.
Da ristrutturare
Belle struttura e posizione, ma decisamente da sistemare. Mobili vecchi e rovinati, un fornello non funzionante come alcune prese elettriche. Manca la manutenzione da anni.
