La zona era ok ma nell’appartamento non abbiamo potuto usufruire né della lavastoviglie, né dell’aria condizionata perché il contatore staccava di continuo. Bisognava accordarsi con gli inquilini dell’appartamento superiore anche solo per accendere il phon altrimenti non restava attaccata la corrente! La lavatrice dovevamo farla solo di notte e il box doccia era rotto e fuoriusciva sempre acqua allagando tutto. Il posto è carino ma la casa avrebbe bisogno di qualche aggiustamento e soprattutto di un potenziamento di corrente. Ammetto che dei disagi li abbiamo avuti. Altrimenti saremmo potuti stare bene perché la zona è buona

Posizione strategica dal mare. Casa molto spaziosa sia dentro che fuori; non molto insonorizzata rispetto alle altre case. TV non funzionante ma nn è stato un problema nn averla a disposizione.
