Description
Cala Caterina is one of the most beautiful and exclusive residential areas in Villasimius. Here, not far from the point where the east coast of Sardinia meets the gentle beaches of the south coast, villas and holiday homes surrounded by greenery line the natural stone paths, within walking distance of the small sandy bay that gives the residential area its name.
This beautiful terraced house offers everything you would expect from a modern holiday home on two levels. The large front garden, which also offers space for parking your car, leads to the terrace, which is equipped with cushions and a sun sail. Entering the house from here, you pass through the dining and living area to the large American-style kitchen in the basement. Upstairs, guests will find three beautifully designed and air-conditioned double bedrooms, as well as a bunk room and the other two bathrooms.

Wir waren echt überrascht. Die Bilder waren schlechter als die Realität. Ein wirklich liebevoll und modern eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz. Angeblich soll bald noch ein kleiner Pool gebaut werden. Das wäre dann der Hit!
Toller Urlaub mit der Großfamilie
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Villasimius! Das Haus war modern und groß genug für uns alle. Ein echtes "Sweet Home".
