Description
Would you like to be able to go for a swim at any time via the shortest route? – Here, all you need to do is open the garden gate to be able to jump into the sea after just 10 to 20 metres!
The term ‘villa with a private beach’ requires some explanation. In Sardinia, beaches and the sea are generally public. However, the villas along this stretch of beach form a protective barrier along the coast, so that strangers rarely find their way here. That’s why you can enjoy the sea all to yourself on “your beach”.
In fact, this fact deserves a moment’s reflection: the beach and the sea “belong” to you! Where else can you find that?
If you’re looking for that ‘direct connection’ to the sea, with the scent of salt and the sound of the waves, you’ve come to the right place. Right outside your flat – which is very convenient given the short distance – lies ‘your’ terrace with a view of the sea. The cosy barbecue area right by the garden gate behind the beach, on the other hand, is intended for all residents of the house. (Of course, you’re also welcome to have a barbecue on your own terrace.) There’s plenty of space for everyone to really make the most of this wonderful little corner of the world!
The rest of your comfort is taken care of by the lovely furnishings, including a TV, washing machine, dishwasher and central heating for the colder months. All this is set in a wooded, unspoilt plot with pine trees and other trees.
The beach is rocky but easily accessible and ideal for swimming, playing and snorkelling. If you prefer a sandy beach, you’ll need to ‘walk’ 150 metres north

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Gartentüre auf und los gehts! Sandstran ca 100 Meter weiter weg, super Lage! Unten gibts noch ne kleine gut getrennte Wohnung wo immer unsere Eltern wohnen.

Der zweite Halt auf unserer Sardinienrundreise und auch hier wieder eine tolle Unterkunft direkt am Meer! Eigener Strandzugang, ne nette Bar in der Nähe und super abwechslungsreiche Strände die fußläufig zu erreichen sind, waren die absoluten Highlights!!!
