Would you like to be able to go for a swim at any time via the shortest route? – Here, all you need to do is open the garden gate to be able to jump into the sea after just 10 to 20 metres!

The term ‘villa with a private beach’ requires some explanation. In Sardinia, beaches and the sea are generally public. However, the villas along this stretch of beach form a protective screen along the coast, meaning that strangers rarely stray this far. That’s why you can enjoy the sea all to yourself on ‘your beach’.

In fact, this fact deserves a moment’s reflection: the beach and the sea ‘belong’ to you! Where else can you find that?
If you’re looking for that ‘direct contact’ with the sea – with its salty scent and the sound of the waves – this is the place for you. As you settle in to watch the sunrise on the east-facing terrace or the balcony above, the waves gently lapping against the rocks just beyond the garden gate provide the perfect soundtrack. You can enjoy a sundowner on the west-facing terrace, and for barbecue parties there’s a barbecue right by the garden gate – though it’s for all the house’s residents to share: plenty of space to really make the most of this lovely little spot! (Of course, you can also barbecue on your own terrace.)
The rest of your comfort is ensured by the lovely furnishings, including a TV, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as central heating for the colder months. All this is set within a woodland-like, unspoilt plot featuring pine trees and other trees.
The beach is rocky but easily accessible and ideal for swimming, playing and snorkelling. If you prefer a sandy beach, you’ll need to ‘walk’ 150 metres north.
