Description

There are three main reasons why we think this is a truly desirable villa: First of all there is its prime position in first row on the most beautiful stretch of Budoni beach, which allows for wonderful sea views. Secondly, its stylish typically Mediterranean architecture, and last but not least: its attractive yet practical interior making it a great place for a seaside holiday.
The property consists of 2 very similar, semidetached maisonettes, which were cleverly designed with privacy in mind. Each of them have the living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms and loggia with sea views upstairs.

Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut. Allerdings viel zu viele Dekoartikel verstauben und vermitteln den Eindruck von Abstellkammer. Bad OG neu renoviert, da die Außenduschen jedoch abgestellt sind, wird der gesamte Dreck in der Dusche runtergespült und verstopft den Abfluss, wie auch beim Waschbecken, dass die ersten 4 Tage nicht zu benutzen war. ServiceCenter hat auf 2 Mails nicht reagiert! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Eine große überdachte Terasse war sehr angenehmer Mittelpunkt! 2. Terrasse mit Grill kaum zu begehen wegen vieler losen Bodendsteine, Waschmaschine sehr gut versteckt! Matratzen sind erneuert worden. Fazit: Wenn die Aussenduschen und Abflüsse funktionieren und der Boden auf der Gillterasse gerichtet wird, für große Familien empfehlenswert!
