Description
There are three main reasons why we think this is a truly desirable villa: First of all there is its prime position in first row on the most beautiful stretch of Budoni beach, which allows for wonderful sea views. Secondly, its stylish typically Mediterranean architecture, and last but not least: its attractive yet practical interior making it a great place for a seaside holiday.
The property consists of 2 very similar, semidetached maisonettes, which were cleverly designed with privacy in mind. Each of them have the living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms and loggia with sea views upstairs.

Außen hui, innen naja
Lage und Strand sind absolut top, auch die Nähe zu guten Restaurants bzw Strandbars. Wasser dort ist gut, bis auf ein bisschen Seegras. Das Haus selbst ist innen bischen verwohnt, alte Möbel, Geschirr und Besteck gehören ausgetauscht. Bad im EG dreckig. Bis auf ein Doppelbett sind alle Betten lediglich Matrazen auf einem Betonsockel, nicht gerade rückenschonend. Es gibt KEINE Klimaanlage, die im Sommer aber absolut nötig ist. Durchlüften schwierig wegen Lärm aus Nachbarschaft und streunenden Katzen, die auch gerne mal über eine Terrasse ins Haus springen.
Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Ihren Hinweis zu den Matrazen und der fehlenden Klimaanlage. Die Matratzen werden wir zur kommenden Saison austauschen. Weiter versuche ich die Vermieterin von der Instalation einer Klimaanlage zu überzeugen.
