Description
Are you looking for a detached house with a garden and pool close to the beach? Not too expensive? Take a look at this one:
It is located in the most beautiful part of Budoni beach, in a “golden location”, so that the beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. So if you want, you can park your car on the 1000 square meter property and “forget” about it.
The house itself shares the property with a second, identical bungalow, which are well separated by the pool. Both offer a good 60 square meters and two bedrooms, providing plenty of space to “store” holiday luggage and family members. Everything is attractively furnished, and so that nobody has to give up their favorite habits, there is satellite TV.
If you follow Via Enea to the beach, you will find yourself on the southern edge of Budoni's longest sandy beach. This beach merges into a pine-covered peninsula with the first snorkeling grounds. If you want, you can take a walk in the forest along the sea (!). But you might just as well decide to visit the small restaurant in the forest and enjoy the panorama of the Budoni beach while eating. Just a few hundred meters north, there is a rustic pizzeria, also right by the sea, and in nearby Tanaunella, the “star-studded” Ristorante La Volpe beckons...
Even the breakfast rolls are just a stone's throw away. Although Tanaunella is “only” a district of Budoni, it offers its guests the full range of tourist amenities.
Because two bungalows are available, families who are particularly friendly should “set their sights” on these houses. You can be among yourselves, do everything together, but you don't have to. As old Fritz said: Everyone should be happy in their own way!

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Das große Bett ist etwas hart und es könnten mehr Wassergläser vorhanden sein. ansonsten Top! :)
Entspannter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Defiziten
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend abseits der großen Straßen und dem touristischen Zentrum. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Dieses aber in 2-5 Minuten. Auch die Strände der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und in 5 Minuten ist man zum nächsten Supermarkt gelaufen. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr schön, allerdings konnten wir an 2 Tagen in einer Woche den Pool nicht nutzen, da er sich nach der Reinigung des Service Mitarbeiters extrem grün verfärbt hat. Den Pool und das Grundstück teilt sich das Haus mit einem anderen, baugleichem Haus. Wir waren alleine und hatten das Glück, dass das Andere nicht bewohnt war. Das Haus ist im Inneren sehr dunkel. Dunkle Möbel, dunkle Decke, dunkle Küche und die Beleuchtung eher schlecht. Die Möbel sind schon relativ alt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Als wir ankamen war es im Haus sehr feucht, was nach Lüften und Klimatisieren besser wurde. Es riecht im ganzen Haus etwas muffig, auch die Matratzen. Das Wasser aus den Leitungen hat einen sehr starken metallischen/rostigen Geruch und Geschmack. Das ist zum Duschen und Zähneputzen etwas unangenehm. Deshalb haben wir zum Kochen und Zähneputzen Mineralwasser verwendet. Wir hatten in der Woche mehrfach Stromausfall. Der Kontakt zum Servicecenter war gut, sie waren gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Es ist nicht alles perfekt aber im Großen und Ganzen haben wir eine entspannte und erholsame Woche verbracht.
