Description
Are you looking for a detached house with a garden and pool close to the beach? Not too expensive? Take a look at this one:
It is located in the most beautiful part of Budoni beach, in a “golden location”, so that the beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. So if you want, you can park your car on the 1000 square meter property and “forget” about it.
The house itself shares the property with a second, identical bungalow, which are well separated by the pool. Both offer a good 60 square meters and two bedrooms, providing plenty of space to “store” holiday luggage and family members. Everything is attractively furnished, and so that nobody has to give up their favorite habits, there is satellite TV.
If you follow Via Enea to the beach, you will find yourself on the southern edge of Budoni's longest sandy beach. This beach merges into a pine-covered peninsula with the first snorkeling grounds. If you want, you can take a walk in the forest along the sea (!). But you might just as well decide to visit the small restaurant in the forest and enjoy the panorama of the Budoni beach while eating. Just a few hundred meters north, there is a rustic pizzeria, also right by the sea, and in nearby Tanaunella, the “star-studded” Ristorante La Volpe beckons...
Even the breakfast rolls are just a stone's throw away. Although Tanaunella is “only” a district of Budoni, it offers its guests the full range of tourist amenities.
Because two bungalows are available, families who are particularly friendly should “set their sights” on these houses. You can be among yourselves, do everything together, but you don't have to. As old Fritz said: Everyone should be happy in their own way!

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Das Haus ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird gut gepflegt und hat die perfekte Lage. Man kann fußläufig sowohl Strand als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreichen, selbst mit jüngeren Kindern (6 und 7 Jahre alt). Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und der Pool war für die Kinder das allerbeste. Es ist möglich, Klimaanlage dazu zu buchen, was im Sommer auf jeden Fall ratsam ist. Die Geräte befinden sich im Wohnraum und im Hauptschlafzimmer. Zu beachten ist, dass noch zusätzliche Kosten entstehen, wenn man WLAN haben möchte bzw. Bettwäsche und Handtücher braucht. Bei Problemen waren Ansprechpartner direkt vor Ort und haben schnell geholfen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub, etwas ruhiger und abgelegen von den vielen Touristen.

Das große Bett ist etwas hart und es könnten mehr Wassergläser vorhanden sein. ansonsten Top! :)
