Our Family Villa has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and is suitable for eight to nine people (ninth person: + one infant). Perfect for families of friends, groups or families traveling with grandma and grandpa. 700 m2 of land, a roof terrace and two covered ground-level terraces invite you to enjoy a cozy get-together.

To make our younger guests feel at home, there is a swing, trampoline, baby crib, changing table, Ikea high chair and lots of toys, books, DVDs etc. at their disposal.

The villa, newly built in 2017, is located on the most beautiful part of Budoni beach in a "golden mean" position, i.e. within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. So if you want, you can park your car on the large property and "forget about it".

If you follow Via Enea towards the sea, you will find yourself on the southern edge of Budoni's longest sandy beach. Here it merges into a pine-covered peninsula with extensive snorkeling areas. If you wish, you can take a walk in the woods along the sea (!). But you can just as easily decide to pay a visit to the small restaurant in the forest and enjoy the panorama of Budoni beach while you eat. Just a few hundred meters to the north, there is a rustic pizzeria, also right by the sea, and in nearby Tanaunella, the "star-worthy" Ristorante La Volpe beckons...

Breakfast rolls are also just a stone's throw away. Although Tanaunella is "only" a district of Budoni, it offers its guests the full range of tourist amenities.
