Do you want a detached house close to the beach with a garden and private pool? Not too expensive?
Take a look at this one:
Bright and friendly, this maritime villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. With its well-kept garden, pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, eat-in kitchen and parking space, it offers everything for the perfect vacation. From the terrace surrounding the house, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountain and sea panorama - and not just with a cool drink. I was particularly impressed by the sunset behind the mountain backdrop.
The cozy rooms are tastefully furnished and air-conditioned. The kitchen is more than well equipped. This includes a nice gas BBQ, a dishwasher and of course a washing machine.
This villa is located on the most beautiful part of Budoni beach in the "golden mean", namely in such a way that the beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. So if you want, you can park your car on the large property and "forget about it".
If you follow Via Enea towards the sea, you will find yourself on the southern edge of Budoni's longest sandy beach. Here it merges into a pine-covered peninsula with extensive snorkeling areas. If you wish, you can take a forest walk along the sea (!). But you can just as easily decide to pay a visit to the small restaurant in the forest and enjoy the panorama of Budoni beach while you eat. Just a few hundred meters to the north, there is a rustic pizzeria, also right by the sea, and in nearby Tanaunella, the "star-worthy" Ristorante La Volpe beckons...
Breakfast rolls are also just a stone's throw away. Although Tanaunella is "only" a district of Budoni, it offers its guests the full range of tourist amenities.

Mandatory benefits
Häuser mit Klimaanlage (siehe Ausstattungsmerkmale):
Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).
Tolles Haus
Wir waren im Juni für 10 Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Das Haus, die Aussenanlage/Pool ist wirklich sehr schön. Der Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!
