Description
This handsome detached villa are beautifully embedded into the landscape, set in an outstanding position overlooking green hills, the bay of Budoni and the sea beyond. It is delightful in design and benefit from a shared swimming pool and an attractive barbecue area with shaded seating under lovely old olive trees.However this house have been built in recent years and is high standard furnishing, and are perfect for a most comfortable, relaxing stay.
The village: Luttuni was an almost deserted shepherds' hamlet perched on the hillside until recently, when it was woken from its sleeping beauty slumber. It has kept much of its shepherd's charm and appeals due to its fabulous setting with wonderful views of the sea. Arriving In Luttuni seems like having travelled back in time and yet the lively Budoni is a mere 1 km away.

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).
