Description
This handsome detached villa are beautifully embedded into the landscape, set in an outstanding position overlooking green hills, the bay of Budoni and the sea beyond. It is delightful in design and benefit from a shared swimming pool and an attractive barbecue area with shaded seating under lovely old olive trees. The house is an old sympathetically restored village house, with an wonderful terrace, high standard furnishing, and are perfect for a most comfortable, relaxing stay.
The village: Luttuni was an almost deserted shepherds' hamlet perched on the hillside until recently, when it was woken from its sleeping beauty slumber. It has kept much of its shepherd's charm and appeals due to its fabulous setting with wonderful views of the sea. Arriving In Luttuni seems like having travelled back in time and yet the lively Budoni is a mere 1 km away.

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas zurückversetzt, daher ist die Aussicht und nähe zur Natur toll. Mittleerweile halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles vorhanden (inkl. Klima) und ein toller Pool. Bei unserem Aufenthalt leider etwas viel Wespen. Strände in er Umgebung sehr schön. Ja, viele Leute hats, sind halt alle an den schönen Orten.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Dusche hattte kein kontinuierliches warmes Wasser. Es wechselte ständig von ganz heiß zu ganz kalt. Garten und Terrasse waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend. Service des Centros waren auch sehr gut, sehr bemüht. Der Ort Budoni hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Allerdingst schöne Strände und Meer. Restaurants waren zufriedenstellend. Wir haben oft auswärts gegessen. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank
