Description
Perhaps the owner of this beautiful residence couldn't decide in which direction he wanted to toast from the balcony of his holiday home in the evening? Looking west, where the mountains border the coastal belt? Or better still to the northeast, where the mighty Capo Ferrato and the endless beach of Costa Rei finally meet? In the end, the ‘quasi all-round solution’ to the problem was found. Visitors can now choose their preferred view from around 60 square metres.
Incidentally, anyone who takes a look behind the terrace backdrop into the interior will also feel very welcome thanks to the cosy, modern furnishings. The ‘sleeping gallery’, so popular in Sardinia, has even been given the huge advantage of a second bathroom here. This has created the best possible layout for friends who enjoy ‘shared independence’. A special view for all terrace fans, combined with a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.
