Anyone looking for space, tranquility, and beautiful views stretching all the way to the sea will quickly feel at home here. The holiday apartment is set in a stunning panoramic location and welcomes its guests with Mediterranean charm, spacious outdoor areas, and a covered veranda where you can already sense the special atmosphere of the house in the morning. The view extends over gently rolling hills down to the sea, and the beautiful sandy beaches in the surrounding area are also easily accessible.
Inside, the apartment combines a cozy living atmosphere with modernized comfort. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely renovated in 2018, so the property now presents itself as very well maintained and up to date. The kitchen is fully equipped and, of course, includes a dishwasher. In total, there are three bedrooms: two bedrooms with two beds each for adults, as well as another bedroom with two beds that is particularly suitable for children or teenagers up to around 14 years of age. This makes the apartment ideal for families or for up to four adults with children.
The layout with two bathrooms – one larger and one smaller – is also very convenient. In both bathrooms, a heater provides additional comfort during the cooler seasons. Two air conditioning units ensure a pleasant indoor climate on warm summer days, and when the evenings get a bit cooler, the working fireplace creates an especially cozy atmosphere.
The apartment is also perfectly equipped for longer stays: a washing machine, dryer, and iron are available. This holiday home is therefore ideal for guests who want to enjoy Sardinia in a relaxed way – with breakfast on the veranda, excursions to stunning sandy beaches, and long, მშვიდ evenings with a beautiful sea view.

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus auf Sardinien war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen – von der modernen Küche bis hin zu den komfortablen Wohn- und Schlafbereichen ist alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Besonders beeindruckend ist die Lage: ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig perfekt angebunden. Der atemberaubende Blick auf das Meer ist jeden Morgen und Abend ein echtes Highlight und sorgt für sofortige Urlaubsstimmung.
In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche traumhafte Strände, die alle schnell erreichbar sind und jeweils ihren eigenen Charme haben. Egal ob entspannte Badebuchten oder weitläufige Sandstrände – hier findet wirklich jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz.
Auch für Ausflüge ist die Lage ideal: Es gibt viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten, malerische Orte und kulturelle Highlights in der Nähe, die sich wunderbar erkunden lassen. So wird der Urlaub abwechslungsreich und unvergesslich.
Insgesamt können wir dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen – ein perfekter Ort für Erholung, Entdeckung und Genuss!
Klare Empfehlung
Wir können das Haus nur aufs Wärmste empfehlen. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, toll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt eine wunderschöne, riesige Veranda vor dem Haus mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die sehr steile Zufahrt zum Haus, die unser Mietauto jedoch problemlos bewältigte. Wir hatten das Glück, dass die total netten Besitzer des Hauses vor Ort waren und uns mit zahlreichen Tipps rund um Strände, Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgten. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die aus Natursteinen gemauerte Freidusche, wo man blickgeschützt beim Duschen die Aussicht aufs Meer genießen kann - ideal nach einem Strandtag, wenn die Füsse noch voller Sand sind. Bei unserem nächsten Sardinienaufenthalt ist diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall ein Muss für uns!
