Anyone looking for space, tranquility, and beautiful views stretching all the way to the sea will quickly feel at home here. The holiday apartment is set in a stunning panoramic location and welcomes its guests with Mediterranean charm, spacious outdoor areas, and a covered veranda where you can already sense the special atmosphere of the house in the morning. The view extends over gently rolling hills down to the sea, and the beautiful sandy beaches in the surrounding area are also easily accessible.
Inside, the apartment combines a cozy living atmosphere with modernized comfort. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely renovated in 2018, so the property now presents itself as very well maintained and up to date. The kitchen is fully equipped and, of course, includes a dishwasher. In total, there are three bedrooms: two bedrooms with two beds each for adults, as well as another bedroom with two beds that is particularly suitable for children or teenagers up to around 14 years of age. This makes the apartment ideal for families or for up to four adults with children.
The layout with two bathrooms – one larger and one smaller – is also very convenient. In both bathrooms, a heater provides additional comfort during the cooler seasons. Two air conditioning units ensure a pleasant indoor climate on warm summer days, and when the evenings get a bit cooler, the working fireplace creates an especially cozy atmosphere.
The apartment is also perfectly equipped for longer stays: a washing machine, dryer, and iron are available. This holiday home is therefore ideal for guests who want to enjoy Sardinia in a relaxed way – with breakfast on the veranda, excursions to stunning sandy beaches, and long, მშვიდ evenings with a beautiful sea view.

There is another apartment on the upper floor of the house, which is occasionally used by the owner family.

Häuser mit Klimaanlage (siehe Ausstattungsmerkmale):
Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).
Sehr gepfelgte Haus in top Lage!
Bessere Lage geht nicht! Man kommt hier richtig zu Ruhe, genießt das Panorama und fährt einfach zu seinem Lieblingsstrand. Wir wechseln immer zwischen Posada und Budoni, das sind nur zwei der vielen, vielen Sandstrände in der nähe. Die Stadt Posada finden wir die schönste an der Ostküste. Unbedigt mit den Kids auf die Burg, das ist ein tolles Abendteuer. Ausstattung vom Haus auch top! Man merrkt das hier an nichts gespart wurde und alles sehr gepflegt ist. Und danke an das Centro für eure Unterstüzung! Wir kommen gern wieder...
