Description
A ‘must-have’ for nature lovers and romantics alike: were it not for the dense, dark forest – reminiscent of Sleeping Beauty – that lies between the house and the sea, this property, set in a beautiful garden, would rank as just one of many ‘beachfront’ properties on our website. This villetta, however, is a real rarity, the sort that would likely spark a bidding war on the TV programme ‘Bares für Rares’:
Just fifty metres, and you’ll have crossed the pine forest and be standing by the sea! The sandy beach here is vast and unspoilt. Just a few steps into the water and you’ll reach swimming depth, where you can admire the unusually lush underwater vegetation whilst snorkelling. Nature, nature, nature!
Added to this is a fully fenced-in plot, which, at around a thousand square metres, gives children plenty of space to play and offers excellent dining at the ‘La Pineta’ restaurant just ‘round the corner’. (Our senior partner swears he’s eaten the best pizza ‘far and wide’ there. An insider tip?)
If you’d rather have a barbecue yourself: no problem! The terrace and barbecue area invite you to make them your temporary hub, encouraging you to spend more time outdoors than indoors. (Isn’t that exactly what we Central Europeans, so used to bad weather, dream of?) But to make sure things run smoothly indoors too, there are handy appliances such as a washing machine and a dishwasher. There’s also a television.
Walks on the beach? Oh yes, and what walks they are! Heading south, the pine forest thins out, and then suddenly you find yourself facing one of the most beautiful and secluded bays on the east coast. Before you lies the Rio Posada delta, with a wildly romantic castle in the background – and the whole scene is all about nature, nature, nature, ideally with flamingos in the river delta!
All this adds up to: seemingly remote, plenty of nature, but also many amenities reminiscent of civilisation – which, however, make a car a sensible option: for a stroll to Tanaunella, Budoni, Posada or Siniscola, where you’ll find everything you might still need for a perfect holiday. Well then …

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Grundstück umfriedet, Haus einfach, aber schön! Strand hat teils Algen, was unsere Kinder liebten (stinken absolut nicht) da sie sich aufhäufen und als Rutsche dienten. Dazwischen Sand, kaum leute im August. Gutes Restaurant fußläufig. Nur zum Einkaufen brauch man ein Auto. Top Serviz vom Centro Servizi!!!!
Schönes Haus in toller Lage, aber in die Jahre gekommen
Wir hatten das Haus schon zwei Jahre zuvor gemietet. Es ist schön, die Räume sind gut aufgeteilt und die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Allerdings bestehen die Mängel, die wir vor zwei Jahren schon bestanden hatten, immer noch. Die Glas-Duschwand ist nicht richtig montiert und flog uns mehrmals aus der Halterung. Ich hatte sie notdürftig selbst repariert. Sämtliche Fliegengitter, außer das der Haupteingangstür, sind defekt und können nicht genutzt werden. Da sollte man mal Geld in die Hand nehmen und renovieren. Ansonsten hatten wir schöne Wochen und einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Gegend, an der es noch kleine und wenig besuchte Strandabschnitte gibt.

Es freut mich sehr, dass Sie sich auch bei Ihrem zweiten Aufenthalt grundsätzlich wieder wohlgefühlt haben und besonders die Aufteilung des Hauses sowie die schöne und ruhige Umgebung genießen konnten.
Umso ärgerlicher ist es natürlich, dass die von Ihnen bereits vor zwei Jahren angesprochenen Punkte noch immer bestehen. Gerade bei der Duschwand und den defekten Fliegengittern kann ich Ihren Unmut gut nachvollziehen. Dass Sie die Duschwand während Ihres Aufenthalts sogar selbst notdürftig reparieren mussten, sollte so nicht sein.
Ich werde diese Punkte erneut, jedoch mit mehr Nachdruck an den Vermieter und das Centro Servizi weitergeben und darauf drängen, dass hier nicht nur provisorisch, sondern dauerhaft nachgebessert wird.
Vielen Dank, dass Sie trotz der Kritik auch die positiven Seiten des Hauses und der Gegend hervorheben. Es freut mich sehr, dass Sie insgesamt wieder schöne und erholsame Wochen auf Sardinien verbringen konnten.
