These lovely brand new cottages are perched on a little hillside in a quiet setting and have wonderful views over the Bay of Budoni. The gardens consists mostly of lawns, "enhanced" by young Mediterranean shrubs and flowers with little stone walls and low hedges as to not obstruct the beautiful open vistas of the bay and the lagoon, where one can observe flamingos, herons and other water birds.

We can offer you several different villa types to choose from: one- and two-bedroom cottages with gardens/roof terrace, sea views and BBQs, and two 3-bedroom villas of a similar style but larger, and one of them with a private pool!
The villas, which could theoretically be called 'detached' as they don't share walls, are connected in pairs by little arches (a popular architectural feature in Sardinia), while the large covered terraces have been cleverly arranged on opposite sides of the villas for privacy reasons.
The interiors are equally attractive, tastefully decorated in light pretty colour schemes and furnished with high quality modern furniture.

Only a few hundred meters away one reaches Sant-Anna Bay, for many the most beautiful stretch of and the most southern part of the legendary Budoni beach, bordering onto a little Peninsula with pine forest and small rocky coves for snorkeling, -an area of beautiful, seemingly untouched nature.
Conveniently, and what make this the perfect spot for families with children in particular, a nice restauant/pizzeria with a little cafe/snackbar and a playground (within sight of the restaurant and cafe!) can be found right there in the shade of the pine trees. There is also as little separate building nearer the beach housing showers and toilets.

While the villas are situated at the edge of the village of Tanaunella towards the beach, guests who prefer not to drive, can still conveniently reach not only the beach and beach- restaurant/cafe on foot, but also some other very good restaurants and a supermarket in the village. A pharmacy, cafe/bar and a newsagent can also be found in Tanaunella, and Budoni, a mere 5 min drive away, has many other shops, cafes, restaurants and bars as well as a post office, petrol station, tourist information and other amenities.
