This is a practical flat for a lovely, convenient and affordable holiday.

Just a short walk from the most beautiful part of Budoni beach, and a stone’s throw from shops, pizzerias, restaurants and the town centre! This makes the whole family happy; because this way, everyone gets what they want and you don’t even need a car.

The flat, part of a complex comprising six residential units, was completed in 2016 and has everything you need for a carefree holiday:
The flat has a large east-facing veranda, which is therefore almost always in the shade, and behind the flat there is a spacious open terrace. The children can play safely here and there whilst you relax at home or plan your meal with an aperitif – at the Stella Marina (400 metres), the Tavernetta (500 metres), or simply at home? You might well opt for the latter, as there’s a lovely, well-equipped kitchen, complete with a grill and a dishwasher, of course.

If you prefer, or if you like it cool, you can use the air conditioning. (Although in our opinion it isn’t necessary. But that’s a matter of taste.)
The two bedrooms are perfect for a ‘normal family’. In the living room, the sofa bed provides additional space to accommodate up to 6 people.
