Guests at this property are very fortunate to be staying in the immediate vicinity of the SS 115 road, in a romantic setting in the hinterland of Budoni beach, with a splendid view of the sea. They have access to the swimming pool at the neighbouring houses. The semi-detached villa comprises two flats; this half features a covered barbecue area with a splendid panoramic view.

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Einfache Ausstattung, aber schön! Super Pool und Lage. Sogar ein Pizzaofen gibt es. Das Abwasserrohr war verstopft und wurde sofort behoben.
