You want to be close to the beach, but would also like a swimming pool at the property? – You’ll find that combination here!
This beautiful villa, with its four spacious apartments, is a favourite amongst guests who want to stay close to the beach, but also have a Mediterranean atmosphere, lovely covered terraces and, of course, a swimming pool on their wish list. That’s exactly what you’ll find here. Add to that a large garden plot that tempts you to forget all about the beach and the sea for a while:
“Shall I go to the sea, or sit by the pool with a C-drink (champus, Campari, cola) to relax?” – You’re spoilt for choice. It’s best to follow your spontaneous whims…
What’s more, you’ll find a spacious flat with practical furnishings. A TV, washing machine and dishwasher ensure your comfort. With 120 square metres of living space and a large balcony, it can easily accommodate even large groups without the stress of being crammed together. This flat is on the upper floor and, naturally, offers a better view than the ground floor. The pool remains open almost all year round, depending on the occupancy of the property.
For shopping, it’s best to head to nearby Sos Alinos, unless you prefer a stroll through the historically charming town of Orosei. The nearest beach bar, however – for a drink or a snack between meals – is just a stone’s throw away. Our regular guests praise the reasonable prices.
We’d advise those who like to do the maths to compare what a house with a pool of this size and in this location would cost elsewhere, for example on the North Sea or Baltic Sea coasts.

Urlaub mit Sardinien Flair
Die Zimmer und Küche waren in Ordnung. Alles hat seinen Zweck erfüllt.
Wie Beschrieben ist der deutschsprachige Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Da wir meistens selbst gekocht haben, sind wir nicht oft Essen gegangen. Gute Angebote gibt es besonders in dem schönen Örtchen Orosei.
Was will man mehr als kristallklares Wasser und einen wunderbaren Strand.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Exklusiv mit unserer 5-Monate alten Tochter verbracht. Die Räumlichkeiten und Anlage haben wir wie auf der Internetseite des Anbieters beschrieben vorgefunden. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit (auch mit Kinderwagen) und den im Garten eingebettete Pool für eine kurze Erfrischung. Feste Granitbänke und Tische unter alten Olivenbäumen waren ideal um in der Mittagshitze zu verweilen. Zum Kochen etc. haben wir den reichen Bestand an Rosmarin oder Zitrusfrüchten (Zitrone, Limette,...) genutzt. In der Gesamtschau war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit echtem sardischem Flair. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und werden selbst wieder dort unsere Urlaube verbringen. Herzlichen Dank auch an den netten deutschsprachigen Service der uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tips (Funktion der Waschmaschiene, Gasherd, etc.) weitergeholfen hat.
