You want to be close to the beach, but also have a pool at the house? – You’ll find that combination here!
This beautiful villa, with its four spacious apartments, is a favourite with guests who want to stay close to the beach, but also have a Mediterranean atmosphere, lovely covered terraces and, of course, a pool on their wish list. That’s exactly what you’ll find here. Add to that a large garden plot that tempts you to forget all about the beach and the sea for a while:
“Shall I go to the sea, or sit by the pool with a ‘C’ drink (champus, Campari, cola) to relax?” – You’re spoilt for choice. Best to just follow your spontaneous whims…
What’s more, you’ll find a spacious flat with practical furnishings. A TV, washing machine and dishwasher ensure your comfort. With 120 square metres of living space and a large terrace, it can easily accommodate even large groups without the stress of being crammed together. This flat is on the ground floor and is just a stone’s throw from the pool. (Depending on the occupancy of the property, the pool remains open almost all year round.)
For shopping, it’s best to head to nearby Sos Alinos, unless you’d prefer a stroll through the historically charming town of Orosei. The nearest beach bar, however – for a drink or a snack between meals – is just a stone’s throw away. Our regular guests praise the reasonable prices.
We’d advise those who like to do the maths to compare what a house with a pool of this size and in this location would cost elsewhere, for example on the North Sea or Baltic Sea coasts.

Mandatory benefits
Häuser mit Klimaanlage (siehe Ausstattungsmerkmale):
Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).
Tolle Lage und sehr schöne Anlage!
Großzügige Wohneinheit (wir waren zu fünft) in einer sehr schön angelegten Anlage mit Pool. Unsere Wohnung war zwar an der einen oder anderen Stelle ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem hatten wir eine tolle Woche und auch der Kontakt zur Vermittlungsagentur und Vermieterin war super!
