Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Buchungsprozess sehr gut und freundlich, Lage sehr gut. Innenausstattung könnte teils erneuert werden, Küchenausstattung minimal, man kann aber für 50€ einfach kaufen was fehlt und bekommt es erstattet. Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber bei Ankunft. Die Putzfrau kam sofort und hat nachgereinigt, toll! Lage zum Strand sehr gut und Superaussicht!

Casa fronte mare iuna favola. accesso a 20 metri la spiaggia.Spaziosa com due veramde.Ma la mancanza di aria condizionata in camera non mi ha fatto riposare.Peccato,la finestra è in posizione dove nonngira aria!!Peccato il resto tutto come descritto
Übersetzung: Ein märchenhaftes Haus direkt am Meer. Der Strand ist nur 20 Meter entfernt. Geräumig, mit zwei Veranden. Aber da es im Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage gab, konnte ich mich nicht richtig ausruhen. Schade, das Fenster ist so positioniert, dass kein Luftzug hineinkommt!! Schade, ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben.
