These lovingly presented terraced house is situated in a residential area of Budoni only 350m from the wonderful sandy beach and in walking distance to the town centre of Budoni with its many lovely restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities 1000m away.
This is an ideal setting for those looking for comfortable accommodation and a relaxing car-free holiday in the vicinity of a vibrant little town and one of the best beaches in the area.
Recently completed to a high standard, the villas are set in grounds of 10000sqm; they have spacious patios with BBQs and are surrounded by neat garden areas with young olive and fruit trees, shrubs and flowers.
The houses have all been finished to a high standard, with washing machines and dishwashers; they have been tastefully decorated and are comfortable and homely even during cooler spells. We believe this property is excellent value for money and would suit those looking for a family holiday near amenities and the beach. We also recommend these houses to walkers and hikers in early spring and late autumn, looking for a comfortable base with central heating (extra charge).

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in diesem Ferienhaus auf Sardinien verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, gepflegt und die Lage ist einfach hervorragend – ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und die Zeit am Meer zu genießen. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Außenbereiche und die Dachterrasse sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre des Hauses. Für unsere große Gruppe war ausreichend Platz vorhanden, sodass jeder seinen Freiraum hatte. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Küchenausstattung, die für 10 Personen etwas knapp bemessen war. Zudem waren die Baustellen in der Nähe zeitweise etwas störend. Dies hat unseren Urlaub insgesamt jedoch nur geringfügig beeinträchtigt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden das Ferienhaus aufgrund seiner Lage und des besonderen Ambientes gerne weiterempfehlen.
Super schönes Haus
Das Haus war sehr schön und groß genug für 12 Personen. Die Ausstattung war such sehr gut. Der Pool war unser absolutes Highlight. In den Kellerräumen war keine Klimaanlage, aber mit Ventilatoren gut auszuhalten. Der Strand, Supermarkt und Zentrum waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!
