These lovingly presented terraced houses are situated in a residential area of Budoni only 350m from the wonderful sandy beach and in walking distance to the town centre of Budoni with its many lovely restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities 1000m away.
This is an ideal setting for those looking for comfortable accommodation and a relaxing car-free holiday in the vicinity of a vibrant little town and one of the best beaches in the area.
Recently completed to a high standard, the villas are set in grounds of 10000sqm; they have spacious patios with BBQs and are surrounded by neat garden areas with young olive and fruit trees, shrubs and flowers.
The houses have all been finished to a high standard, with washing machines and dishwashers; they have been tastefully decorated and are comfortable and homely even during cooler spells. We believe this property is excellent value for money and would suit those looking for a family holiday near amenities and the beach. We also recommend these houses to walkers and hikers in early spring and late autumn, looking for a comfortable base with central heating (extra charge).

Fa.Sardafit, Chef und Mitarbeiter schon über 8 J. meine Favoriten in Sachen Urlaub in Sardinien. persönliche Betreuung, (sogar Transfer v Flghv.) moderate faire Preise, Alles was versprochen , stimmt und wird gemacht! Haus ist perfekt für Urlaub ohne Auto. Sehr Ruhig, Haus ist gut, sauber, alles funktioniert, 5 min zu Meer. Absolut Empfehlenswert.

Appartamento molto carino e posizione strategica
Quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è la posizione vicino a tutto e a 600 metri dal mare e la doccia esterna che a noi piace molto. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve.
Übersetzung: Was uns am besten gefallen hat, war die Lage in der Nähe von allem und nur 600 Meter vom Meer entfernt sowie die Außendusche, die uns sehr gut gefällt. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht.
