Located in one of the most sought-after spots in Villasimius, directly opposite the glamorous marina, this holiday home with its natural stone façade blends inconspicuously into the lovely landscape.
Those who appreciate spending their holidays in harmony with the sound of the sea and the waves will feel very much at home here.
Get up, go for a swim, drink coffee and enjoy the wonderful view of the fascinating world of southern Sardinia from the terrace – all this is part of the daily routine here.
The house is located in a small holiday home complex, which has a small supermarket and a restaurant. So if you want to have a comfortable holiday, you can get by without a car (at least in the summer months).
The beach right outside the door is a rocky beach, and the impressive sandy beach of Campulongu is only 100 metres away.
