Description
This villa could serve as the setting for any cheesy romantic film. Spread over two floors and connected by spacious outdoor areas, guests can choose between the phenomenal sea view of the Gulf of Cagliari crashing against the rocks directly below the house or cosy, sheltered corners such as the courtyard with its adjoining barbecue area. There is plenty of space. This villa, including its basement granny flat, has enough space for an entire football team – without the goalkeeper.
In addition to the large garden and the sun-drenched terrace with panoramic views on the first floor, the villa's unbeatable highlight is its own bathing platform on the rocky beach below the house. A stairway leads down to the sea and to the platform, which even has a parasol stand. You can't get more sea than that!

Teuer, aber wunderschön
Wir finden den Preis ziemlich hoch. Aber die Villa ist wirklich einzigartig. Höhepunkt war für uns der kleine Liegeplatz zum Sonnen direkt am Wasser.
Im zweiten Bad könnte die Duschkabine mal erneuert werden, ansonsten eine wirklich gute Einrichtung.
