This charming holiday home near Budoni is the perfect place for relaxing days on Sardinia. Recently renovated, bright, and tastefully furnished, it combines modern living comfort with Mediterranean holiday flair – and the beautiful sandy beach of Budoni is just a short distance away.
The house is set on a fully fenced property and offers plenty of privacy. Inside the courtyard, there is a parking space with a lockable gate. Two terraces invite you to spend the day outdoors in total relaxation – enjoying breakfast in the morning, resting in the shade in the afternoon, or unwinding in the evening with a view of the pool.
The private pool provides wonderful refreshment on warm days and turns the house into a little holiday oasis. Inside, there are two bedrooms (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed) as well as a third sleeping area upstairs (open gallery with double bed), plus two bathrooms, making the stay especially comfortable.
Everything has been arranged with comfort in mind: air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito screens throughout, a safe, and a very well-equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances provide excellent conditions for a successful self-catering holiday.
The house is non-smoking indoors, and pets are not allowed.
