Description
This villa is a place where spaciousness meets stylish comfort – both indoors and out.
Set on a fully fenced plot of around 1,000 m², you can enjoy plenty of space for your holiday, privacy, and the soothing peace of a location close to the beach. Best of all, the sea is less than 400 metres away – just a short walk, and you will already feel the sand beneath your feet and the salty breeze on your skin.
In recent years, the surrounding beach area has been complemented by three discreetly integrated bungalow hotels. For you, this means real added value: well-kept stretches of beach and the opportunity to treat yourself spontaneously to refreshing drinks or small culinary delights.
A particular highlight of the villa is the spacious rooftop terrace, which can be reached easily by stairs. From here, you can enjoy an impressive sea view – a place made for relaxing hours in the sun, mild evenings, and unforgettable holiday moments. On the ground floor, there is another covered terrace with lounge furniture and a dining set for cosy outdoor living.
The house itself clearly bears the signature of its owner: a successful, style-conscious building contractor who also uses this residence personally. Accordingly, no compromises have been made when it comes to the quality of the furnishings and interior design. High-quality materials, a tasteful selection of furniture, and a well-thought-out room concept create an atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home – elegant, comfortable, and of above-average quality.
Inside, you will find everything that makes for an upscale stay: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine, and especially comfortable beds for restful nights. One of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. A fourth bedroom is reserved for the owner and is not part of the rental (it remains locked).
This villa is the ideal choice for anyone who does not want to compromise on space, quality, and an upscale atmosphere during their holiday – a true home away from home with that little extra.

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Wunderschöne, hochwertige Villa mit viel Platz, toller Ausstattung und herrlichem Meerblick. Besonders gefährlich ist die Dachterrasse: Man setzt sich einmal mit einem Getränk hoch, schaut aufs Meer und plötzlich hält man sich für einen italienischen Hauptdarsteller :) Fazit: Diese Villa ist kein Ferienhaus, das ist ein gemeiner Angriff auf die Bereitschaft, jemals wieder nach Hause zu fahren!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub!
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Da kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, so hat man eine gesamte ruhige Atmosphäre im und um das Haus herum. Die wir haben die Terrassen je nachdem wo die Sonne am scheinen war genutzt. Ein schönes schattiges Plätzchen ist immer vorhanden. Wenn man zum Strand möchte, ist man zu Fuß in ca 5-8 Minuten da. Wenn man nix schweres Tragen möchte, nimmt man sich den Bollerwagen und zieht den hinter sich zum Strand. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.
