Children are very welcome. A child seat and a baby crib are available free of charge on site.

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just 50 meters from the best pizzeria in Budoni. The proximity to nature and the beautiful sandy beach is simply perfect. Those looking for action will find various water parks and water sports facilities on the beach. There are also several beach cafés and, of course, direct access to Budoni with its many restaurants and stores. For guests staying in houses close to the beach, it is a good idea to visit the nearby one. Those who live in the hinterland, as here, have the advantage of having several beaches to choose from. (You take the car anyway ...) Here, the beaches of Budoni, Baia S' Anna and of course the sophisticated Porto Ottiolu are particularly popular.

The villa dates back to 2000 and is built to a very high standard. There are virtually no barriers. Entrance is via an electronically secured gate or via the electronically controlled car entrance. If you love to immerse yourself in Sardinian life away from the tourist crowds, this is the place for you.
