If you opt for this pleasant house, you won't get an architectural marvel, but a house with "inner values":
It's nice not to have to wash the breakfast dishes by hand. It's nice to be able to watch German TV programs. It's convenient to be able to get by without a car. It's fun to be able to walk to the seaside, it makes you happy to be able to enjoy and drink without thinking about the alcohol .
This house gives you all of this, because it is in an ideal location: beach, shopping, restaurants - all within walking distance and easy to reach!
Practical for families with small children: The property is "child-proof" and fenced in. Children can play to their heart's content without having to worry about flower beds and flowers. The property is "natural" and forgives pretty much anything that children could do.
Older children, on the other hand, have plenty of freedom of movement. You can walk to the beach or into the village on your own, which is also nice if you want to take an afternoon nap in peace and quiet.
A very reasonably priced house with many advantages that always pleases its regular guests!

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).
