These lovingly presented terraced house is situated in a residential area of Budoni only 350m from the wonderful sandy beach and in walking distance to the town centre of Budoni with its many lovely restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities 1000m away.
This is an ideal setting for those looking for comfortable accommodation and a relaxing car-free holiday in the vicinity of a vibrant little town and one of the best beaches in the area.
Recently completed to a high standard, the villas are set in grounds of 10000sqm; they have spacious patios with BBQs and are surrounded by neat garden areas with young olive and fruit trees, shrubs and flowers.
The houses have all been finished to a high standard, with washing machines and dishwashers; they have been tastefully decorated and are comfortable and homely even during cooler spells. We believe this property is excellent value for money and would suit those looking for a family holiday near amenities and the beach. We also recommend these houses to walkers and hikers in early spring and late autumn, looking for a comfortable base with central heating (extra charge).

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).

Tolles Haus, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen lieben Dank auch an das Team vom Centro Servizi Tartaruga, sehr hilfreiche und nette Mitarbeiter, beim kleinsten "Problem"(Fernbedienung Fernseher hat nicht mehr funktioniert) sofort jemanden vorbei geschickt und neue Fernbedienung besorgt. Weiterhin absolut zuverlässig, (Taxıl bestellt zum Flughafen, weil unser Auto defekt war) Auch war der Vermieter unheimlich nett und freundlich, bei Anreise und Abreise vor Ort und gefragt ob alles okay ist/war. Frau
Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde fast täglich gereinigt, wirklich ein toller Service. Nur die Mückenschutzgitter waren fast alle durchlöchert oder defekt... Trotzdem würden wir dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen! ;-)
