Budoni Pool Villa - No. 162/4

Anyone booking 162-4 can comfortably leave the car parked more often during their holiday. Everything needed for a relaxing stay is practically on the doorstep. Budoni’s long sandy beach is only about 350 metres away, a well-stocked supermarket is less than 200 metres away, and Budoni town centre, with its bars, restaurants, shops and summer pedestrian zone, can also be reached within around one kilometre.

The villa, completed in spring 2027, is a brand-new property combining modern comfort with typically Sardinian elements. White façades, natural stone, traditional roof tiles and wooden canopies give the house a Mediterranean character without making it feel old-fashioned.

The centrepiece of the property is undoubtedly the large private pool. It is located directly in front of the spacious terrace and is surrounded by generous light-coloured tiled areas. Comfortable steps provide easy access to the water. Right next to the pool is the large covered terrace with seating and sun loungers. Here you can relax in the shade, look out over the pool and greenery, and enjoy a space where you will probably spend a good part of the day.

The grounds themselves also feel pleasantly spacious. The villa enjoys an open and sunny position, while overlooking plenty of greenery and the hills of the surrounding countryside. In front of the house there is also a large paved area with vehicle access onto the property.

Inside, 162-4 is modern, stylish and furnished to a high standard. The spacious living and dining area features a large seating area and an attractive dining space. Large doors connect the living area directly with the terrace and pool area.

A real highlight is the modern kitchen, with dark fronts, light marble-effect worktops, an induction hob and high-quality built-in appliances. It is considerably better equipped than many holiday homes.

The house has three bedrooms: two are located upstairs and one downstairs. The bedrooms are bright, modern and fitted with large wardrobes. The upstairs rooms open onto spacious balconies or covered terraces. From here, there are lovely wide views across the green surroundings towards the hills. A sofa bed in the living area is available for the seventh guest.

The three bathrooms also match the high overall standard, featuring large-format tiles, modern sanitary fittings, walk-in showers and, in some cases, bidets. Air conditioning ensures comfortable indoor temperatures even on hot summer days.

The 162-4 is therefore an excellent holiday villa for guests who value comfort, plenty of space and a private pool, while still wanting easy access to the beach, shops and the centre of Budoni. It is particularly well suited to families and couples travelling together who are looking for a relaxing holiday in Sardinia.
