Description
This ‘beach house’ is absolutely stunning! As soon as you step inside, you can see that the builders have poured all their love into making it a beautifully designed gem. Those who love a cosy atmosphere will find ‘their’ dream home here! In one of the two living rooms, a sofa can be converted into a double bed.
The Mediterranean garden surrounding the house, with its large lawn taking centre stage, simply makes you feel at home. There is also a fenced-off area where a dog can be kept in complete safety. The property allows you to enjoy the sun all day long or seek shade when you wish. The house is just a short walk from the beach and a tennis court. This is ideal for those who appreciate being able to reach the beach with a short, easy stroll!
Baia S’Anna is surrounded by beautiful gardens and an idyllic village right by the sea. The owners’ association has deliberately chosen not to include bars and restaurants in the village in order to create an oasis of tranquillity. To date, this has been a resounding success.
Those travelling with children will have no trouble at all, however, as the surrounding area offers everything to keep them happy, and the distance from dangerous road traffic takes the pressure off parents.
