Attractive apartment building with sea view - No. 101/3

If you want to combine the “Sardinia of the Sardinians” with beach, sea and sea views, this is the right place for you. The attractive house has four apartments. Downstairs are the apartments of the hospitable landlord, upstairs are two apartments for his guests. The beach and sea are very close by, as the beautiful sea view proves, and if the “Sardinia of the Sardinians” is important to you, then the nearby Limpiddu and the friendly Ricardo as your host are just right for you.

Well-kept, attractive furnishings with many amenities such as TV, washing machine etc. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious, covered terrace, from which the view of the blue sea opens up behind the willows in the foreground. Simply beautiful and relaxing!

Your way to the beach leads through Limpiddu. Despite its proximity to touristy Budoni, this small district has retained its authenticity. If you end the day here on the small village piazza, you will quickly realize that the “Limpidese” are a particularly friendly bunch. Even shopping in the small “market” has nothing in common with the anonymous trolley-pushing in our part of the world, and the cappuccino in the small bar is, in our opinion, the best around Budoni.

Our regular guests from Limpiddu combine pizza and piazza: first walk to the pizza in “La Perla”, then have a nightcap in the bar on the piazza. If you're not careful, you could easily experience a “blue” miracle, as the locals like to treat our guests generously: It is part of the hospitality cultivated here to take over a drink without being asked or to invite someone to do so.

For guests staying close to the beach, the obvious thing to do is to visit the one nearby. Those who live in the hinterland, as is the case here, have the advantage of having several beaches to choose from. (You take the car anyway ...) Here, the beaches of Budoni, Baia S' Anna and of course the sophisticated Porto Ottiolu are particularly popular.

Not to forget: Accommodation in the hinterland is cheap to rent. It's just like in the theater: Row “one” is expensive, but the “performance” is the same.
