A small cul-de-sac on the most beautiful part of Budoni beach: Only 100 meters to the beach, hardly any further to bars, pizzerias and restaurants, and yet the house seems to be secluded! Little car traffic because there are only a few houses here. The perfect place for families with children, because you can easily commute back and forth between the beach and the house for every "little thing".

The unconventionally styled house demonstrates the creativity of Italian architecture: individual and practical, without the boring uniformity found in many places. There are several loggias and terraces decorated with arcades on 2 floors; in front of it is a well-grown plot with fruit trees and shrubs.

The house has 2 apartments on the first floor and one on the upper floor. The two on the ground floor are situated back to back, nestled in the greenery of numerous fruit trees. In the garden there is a barbecue area for the grown-ups and plenty of space for the little ones to play.
