Description
This small, fine cottage has it all. It is not far from the beach and the Ottiolu marina. And if you want to take part in the maritime hustle and bustle: It's only a few meters and you can stroll along bars, boutiques, nightlife and restaurants. Something for every taste. Fine fish restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, a rich catalog of events for the high season with excursions, sports courses, etc.
A factory owner from Florence designed this little house to suit his own personal taste and organized every last corner of his property. It is accordingly well and richly furnished. From SAT TV to washing machine and dishwasher to air conditioning. Highlight: there are two terraces. Nothing is missing!
We recommend it to guests who are looking for a change from a beach vacation.

Abbiamo affittato qui sul sito questo appartamento per una decina di giorni a luglio e non possiamo dire altro di averci passato una splendida vacanza! Check in rapido con l’agenzia che ce l’ha in gestione, appartamento nuovo, arredato e ristrutturato completamente, tutto funzionante e accessoriato di qualsiasi cosa (in un appartamento così ci si sente a casa) situato nel bellissimo contesto della residenza A. Ottima posizione, la spiaggia é 50-100 metri dall’appartamento (poco affollata) altrimenti se ci si sposta nella spiaggia principale di Porto Ottiolu sono 10 minuti a piedi, mentre il centro del paese é letteralmente dietro casa (2 minuti a piedi).
