Description
This "bungalow by the sea" looks great! As soon as you enter, you can see that the builders have invested all their love in making it a well thought-out gem. Anyone who likes it cozy and snug will find "their" dream home here!
The two neighboring bungalows are positioned so that neither "stands in the way" of the other. They are located on the edge of Baia S' Anna, which means that the varied coastal formation with a less frequented sandy beach and excellent snorkeling spots is very close, but that a trip to nearby Tanaunella is required for shopping and restaurants. Children, on the other hand, have plenty of opportunities to play in the fields, woods, beach and sea in Baia S'Anna.
The village center of Baia S'Anna is surrounded by beautiful gardens and an idyllic village atmosphere. The community of owners deliberately refrained from integrating bars and restaurants into the village in order to create an oasis of tranquillity. To date, this has been a resounding success.
Those traveling with children will still have no problems. Apart from the fact that children have "fool's freedom" in Italy, the surroundings offer everything that makes children's hearts beat faster, and the distance from dangerous road traffic also relieves parents.

Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wird verbrauchsabhängig berechnet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abreise im Centro Servizi Tartaruga, in bar oder per EC-Karte. Die Kosten sind auf maximal 7 EUR pro Tag gedeckelt (bei normaler Nutzung liegen sie durchschnittlich bei etwa 3–4 EUR pro Tag).
