Affordable vacation home

This semi-detached house is located on a small hill on the outskirts of Budoni. You can still reach the beautiful Budoni beach on foot, but also have all the shops and restaurants practically "under your nose".

The two halves of the house are situated back to back. While one has its garden section with terrace facing west, the other faces east. This cleverly separates the two halves of the house. The house and plot have a simple design, but are robust and an adventure playground for children. Here they can play to their heart's content without having to worry about neighbors, flowers, borders, etc. The furnishings are also simple and unpretentious. Nevertheless, there is a washing machine.

The price, on the other hand, is really great: the fact that you can get a complete half of the house for less than €13 /day per person, even in August, should be a really good argument in favor of this house. Another savings factor is the location: you don't necessarily need a car, so you can invest your gas money elsewhere!
